We’ve been having a little bit of a reset in the studio this month! After a pause on my own design work it’s felt a little nerve-racking waking things up again. I’ve poured my heart & soul into helping so many creatives from all around the world for so many years that it feels a little unusual thinking of my own design goals again! But I’m thinking BIG & I reminded myself of the absolute roller coaster & quite epic creative career I’ve had & all of my amazing clients over the years. Whether that be small independents, global brands, the media or fab licensing collabs & it’s given me that ooomph!

Sometimes you just need to remind yourself how far you’ve come (I had a really hard 2025 with some unpleasant business folks & a tough year personally that I had to hibernate & it knocked me sideways). But gosh I’m feeling so ready now & my design studio doors are reopening this May for design commissions, freelance work & content creation. I’m very multidisciplinary with my creative skills but my specialism is in print, pattern, surface pattern design, art licensing & creative direction.

I adore creativity & I’m giving myself the pep talk that I’ve been giving my own Creative Coaching clients.

So for all of my design related work my @rachaeltstudio account will be its home. Follow along for my fresh journey into the design world again!

It’s all so exciting! I’ve had two opportunities ping in just this afternoon after using my own advice, so not to brag… but it really does work!

I get married this August too so it’s going to be an amazing year, I just know it! 🥰
